During the Lenten Sunday liturgies, we will be hearing a Gospel reading and one lesson from either the Old or New Testaments. The third lesson appointed for the day—the one not read in the service—will be explored during Adult Formation class time each Sunday. Following are the lessons to be discussed:
This Sunday, March 16
9:30 a.m. for those in the 8:00 a.m. congregation
Noon for those that read at 10:30 a.m.

Procter Farm CSA 2014What is a CSA? Over the last 20 years, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) has become a popular way for consumers to buy local, seasonal produce directly from a farm– in this case your diocese’s very own Procter Center!
Here’s how it works: Interested consumers purchase a share at the beginning of the growing season and in return receive a box of seasonal produce each week beginning in early June and continuing for 20 weeks. What you receive in your share and other helpful information is sent out in a weekly e-mail so you always know what to expect!
Share Costs: $250 for 1 share – typically feeds 2 people
Have more than 2 people in your household? No worries, you can sign up for as many shares as you need!

In Remembrance of Me
During the season of Lent, St. Peter’s Episcopal Church at 45 W. Winter Street in Delaware, Ohio, will hold the art exhibition, In Remembrance of Me, featuring works by contemporary artists from around the world on the theme of the Last Supper and Holy Communion. The title is taken from Luke 22:19, when Christ takes bread, breaks it, and gives it to his disciples to eat, telling them to do this “in remembrance of me.”
THIS WEEK WE REMEMBER IN PRAYER:We pray for all who are sick or suffering at this time – John Brewster, Kathryn Whaley, Amelia Lewis, Heather and Jason Bailey, Deb McHugh, Ann Peters, Rachel George, Debby Hammond, Jon Nusbaum, Carol Burns, Jan Heston, The Rev. Elizabeth Lilly and her great granddaughter Honey Morrison, Marie Duty, Jenny Treasure, Marjorie Dotson, Hal Duryee, Michael McKinley, Bob Park and others whom we name silently or aloud.
We pray for Petty Officer Kristy Sizemore, Cynthia Epler, Jordan Sellman, Matt Schumann, Commander Scott Whaley, Gunnery Sergeant Robert A Griffith Jr., and all who serve our country.
We remember all who work for peace around the world, especially those who take counsel in Washington, D.C. and Moscow in this time of civil unrest and potential war in Ukraine and Crimea.
We renew our commitments to serve the poorest in our midst and remember all who are homeless and hungry in our city today. We give thanks for the generous hospitality offered this afternoon at In The Garden, and pray for the Holy Spirit’s abundant grace in our fellowship.
We pray for Bascil N. Wines who died earlier this week.
Lenten Altar Decorations are given today to the Glory of God and in Memory of Eloise Allison.
