An exciting kickoff to fall season… October 9—Share the Harvest! Share your harvest with the Trinity Community! Turn those apples and pumpkins into treats to share during coffee hour after both morning services and with In the Garden. Even those unable to go picking on the 2nd are encouraged to share the harvest with baked goods on the 9th. Following Coffee hour this Sunday, October 9! The inaugural event of Trinity After Hours, lunch at Spinelli's Deli, 767 Neil Ave. Gather following the 10:30 service and walk together to lunch. Everyone is welcome and very much wanted to join us! |

Trinity has big plans for Marathon WeekendOctober 15 & 16, 2011. For complete details click this image.Volunteers are needed to help Trinity host the various Columbus Marathon events Friday, October 14 through Sunday, October 16. Volunteers can staff the expo booth on Friday, October 14 or Saturday, October 15. There is a need for 15-20 people to help host the pasta dinner for Columbus Marathon runners and families on Saturday, October 15. Also, parishioners are needed to help with the race day pancake breakfast on Sunday, October 16. Please consider how you can assist Trinity provide hospitality to the many Columbus Marathon runners and supporters. Sign up sheets will be available at church and feel free to email Debbie Wiedwald at deb1e@aol.com to sign up today. Trinity has a wonderful opportunity to partner with Columbus Marathon and to raise funds to support our various ministries. |

Trinity Soup and Stew Taste-off—October 30On Sunday, October 30, the Parish Life Minisatry Team is holding the second annual Trinity Soup and Stew Taste-off immediately after the 10:30 servicer. For $5 you will receive a bowl for tasting and will be entitled to cast your vote for the best soup or stew. Bring a crock-pot of your favorite recipe for this hearty fall food to the undercroft and enter your recipe in this friendly competition. Entries are sought in a variety of areas including vegetarian and gluten free. In order to enter you must also provide two copies of your recipe. A sign-up sheet for entries will be available in the Narthex or you can contact Peggy Malone at pedegypamal@yahoo.com or 614-397-0478. |
