Trinity’s next opportunity to serve
at St. John’s Franklinton His Place Dinner

Once again Trinity Church will provide the evening meal for the Franklinton community TODAY at St. John's His Place Dinner.  We need volunteers to help in the kitchen and serve the meal, so mark your calendars! We arrive at the church on Town St. and Avondale by 5:00 pm, and usually are finished by 7:30 pm.  If you have questions, please contact Debbie at or 614-332-0296.

This opportunity to serve our friends at St. John's is also an opportunity for our own fellowship, so plan to join Trinity Church in this important outreach project!

Feel free to show up after 5pm as several of our regular volunteers are unable to help this week due to other commitments. All help is appreciated.

Sunday, October 30 - 9:15 a.m.
Director of Music/Liturgist Kevin Wines leads an exploration of the
O Antiphons
and the structure of a 7-week Advent

Schedule rarely makes it possible for Kevin to join the conversation at adult formation. We will gather around the piano and look at the musical implications of an enhanced Advent, hopefully clarifying the purpose of the expanded season as well as answering the question: "What is an antiphon, and what does O have to do with it?"

A request for In The Garden

ITGDear Trinity, Family and Friends,
We are in desperate need of certain toiletries for ITG.  I have many men asking for every week,
1. Razors
2. Deodorant
3. Shampoo
4. Toothpaste.
Our supply cabinet is very very low and I have a request for these certain products every week. I try to buy some myself every week when I go to the store but I can not keep up on the needs by myself.  Please consider donating these items to ITG.  IF you travel and are able to keep some hotel toiletries that's helps tremendously (Joe Norris, hint hint). Please leave in the undercroft basement (kitchen counter) or put in the donation basket at church with a note for ITG. Please and thank you. We need to help our less fortunate friends.
In Gods Peace.

Winter is coming!

WinterThere are more people living outside than ever before in Columbus and they are cold and hungry. Trinity will once again be a warming station on weekdays for those who need shelter from the cold. Our visitors need men’s hats, men’s gloves and new athletic socks. They also need self-opening snack items. If you have men’s winter coats and jackets not in use, please bring them to church as well. Most of our visitors do not have warm clothing. Your continuing generosity is a blessing to many.
Thank you so much!
